  12. If you send a letter to Sacramento Armory, with the usual words for ammo
  13. purchase (I certify... I am over 21, etc....) and CERTIFIED funds (a
  14. postal money order is good) for the dealer price, they will send you
  15. the ammo at the dealer price.
