  26. Are your velocities from a chronograph?  I've owned two M20's and both
  27. wouldn't break 1200fps @ 15ft with Silvertips.  Hornady 155 grainers won't
  28. break 1300fps.  They may both be slightly underloaded from a handloader's
  29. standpoint but 1600fps??!!
