  12. I have a shooting buddy that recently asked me to post a question to the
  13. group to see if anybody out there could help him.
  14. He has noticed that his FEDERAL 9mm ammunition has a greenish, stick 
  15. residue left on it after a few days on duty (police officer) and was wondering
  16. if anyone knew what was causing it.

  18. At first I thought it was corrosion, but he tells me that it wipes off with
  19. a clean rag and does not pit the casing of the round.

  21. Could this be a reaction with the chemicals in his leather holster, etc.?
