  13. I went to a gun show last weekend, at which a dealer was selling a Norinco
  14. spring-piston air rifle in .177, claiming 850fps velocity.  The dealer also
  15. said that Norinco "guaranteed" 1 MOA accuracy.  This was an underlever
  16. design, not the side-lever I've seen in SGN for $40.  Asking price was $59.

  18. Are these things any good?  Are they really 1 MOA?  Are they worth $59??
