  30. In reply to the posted question:  The hook on the spas-12, told to me
  31. by the owner of one, serves as support while firing from a concealed
  32. position. Such as around the edge of a wall in an alley or a doorway.
  33.   Not taking his word alone we took the monster out and tested it out.
  34. Yes the hook does serve as support while firing around trees (simulated
  35. walls) There is alot of stress placed on the firing arm and I was
  36. sore for days but had lots of fun anyway. >
