  19. A cheap and effective reloading bench is an old, even abused
  20. full sized wood or Steelcase type office desk.  You can buy
  21. them inexpensively at flea markets or second hand furniture
  22. stores.  Putting components in the drawers weights it down
  23. so it doesn't move during reloading.  Bolt the loader into
  24. whichever side you want (you may need to remove the top drawer)
  25. and you're ready to go.  No construction etc. and you can move it.
