  23. got corrected. By the cashier, by the dealer, whatever. If the money is
  24. not mine and I can identify who is the rightful owner, it goes back.

  27. it, then it's mine, because the rightful owner can't be located. If I
  28. can take advantage of their rules to accept an offer, get a comp,
  29. qualify for a better price, etc, I will, but I won't take something
  30. which clearly isn't mine.
