-
- Well, I agree that people that learn by dancing with many
- different partners tend to GENERALLY (not always) be better dancers
- than people that stick to only one partner. And I think part of this
- may be that partners tend to not only learn their spouses weaknesses,
- but also tend to rely on their partner to support them in their weak
- spots.
-
- But then I've seen people that have practically always danced
- with one person that are terrific dancers, and people that dance with
- many other partners that are, ummm, less than perfect :^).

-
- Well, when I first started lessons I only wanted to dance with
- one partner but it was suggested that I dance with lots of other
- people. NOW I'm glad that I did because I think it made me a better
- dancer.

- Joel, we only danced with you because we were so DESPERATE for
- single men at that time :^) :^) (just kidding.)
-
- Joel is one of the two best male dancers in our club. QUITE
- PROBABLY the best (but it's a close call and depends on which of the
- two has had more floor time at any given time.) But he's one of those
- REALLY SCARY math oriented type people. They frighten me when they
- get on the dance floor. They learn VERY quickly and have a great
- learning aptitude for dancing.
-
- THEN there's people like ME that have to work REALLY hard to
- learn this stuff.
