  18. Follow these directions to get the gifs from my FTP site.

  22. From your Unix prompt enter:

  24. ftp commsun.its.csiro.au     <The IP address is:  152.83.8.2>
  25.  
  26. When you get the login prompt enter:
  27.  
  28. anonymous
  29.  
  30. When you are asked for a password enter your email address.
  31. You should then get a prompt that looks like this   ftp>
  32. Next, enter:
  33.  
  34. cd /staff/jen187
  35.  
  36. If you now enter the command  ls  you will see a number of
  37. gif files. To get them, enter the following commands:
  38.  
  39.  
  40.  binary
  41.  
  42. .. and then
  43.  
  44. get ozhorse1.gif
  45.  
  46. ( This will then (hopefully) start the transfer to your machine. )
  47.  
  48. .. and then
  49.  
  50. get ozhorse2.gif
  51.  
  52. .. and so on.

  54. To finish the session enter:
  55.  
  56. quit  OR  bye
