  15.           There are two ways to order FDC's directly from the USPS.
  16.
  17.            1.  Buy the stamp or stationary item (stamped envelopes,  postal
  18.                cards,  etc.)  at your local post office or philatelic sales
  19.                center.  Put the stamp on a  self-addressed  envelope  (with
  20.                sufficient  other  postage  to  make  29c).   Send  it under
  21.                separate cover to:
  22.
  23.                     Customer Affixed Envelopes
  24.                     Postmaster
  25.                     City, State, and Zip code-9991
  26.
  27.            2.  Send the full cost of the item  (including  makeup  postage)
  28.                along with a self-addressed envelope to:
  29.
  30.                     Name of Issue
  31.                     Postmaster
  32.                     City, State, and Zip code-9992
  33.
  34.                Remember that postal stationary usually  costs  a  bit  more
  35.                than the postage.
  36.
  37.           Deadlines for FDC's are usually 30-60 days from  date  of  issue.
  38.           And they mean days, not the same date one or two months later.
