  26. I guess I'm one of the younger generation, but I think I know what
  27. music is supposed to be about.  I had a roommate who had an Elvis CD, so
  28. not knowing alot about Elvis I decided to check out the liner notes and such. 
  29. And I noticed that out of 15+ songs, Elvis helped in writing TWO of them. 
  30. Hardly an accomplishment for a king.  A KING of r'n r would be able to write 
  31. his own material not just swing his hips and make the girls scream.  Performers 
  32. are a dime-a-dozen. That's like thinking Madonna will be known for her "music".
  33. Elvis may have been quite a performer, but a musician he is not, king is an
  34. insult to the term.

  36. I won't bother getting into what kind of music I think is worthwhile,  that
  37. kind of stuff is subjective anyway, but I think I made my point.
