- The agency which he won't discuss is not a DoD agency at all;
- it is the Bureau of Land Management! Eugene advised them on
- how to remove a 13000+ foot mountain that was located on top
- of some choice coal deposits. Fortunately, there were so
- many misspellings on the Environmental Impact Statement he
- drafted, that the coal never saw the light of day.
