  21. it is the Bureau of Land Management!  Eugene advised them on
  22. how to remove a 13000+ foot mountain that was located on top
  23. of some choice coal deposits.  Fortunately, there were so
  24. many misspellings on the Environmental Impact Statement he
  25. drafted, that the coal never saw the light of day.
