  20. I think that these were sold in Finland five or ten years ago.
  21. After a couple of articles in leading car magazines that
  22. basically said "A great idea to make money, why didn't we think
  23. of it first?" they disappeared.

  25. The newest thing here is a box with a magnet in it that you
  26. attach to your fuel line. The magnet changes the molecular
  27. structure of the fuel and gets you a better mileage... Costs only
  28. about 100 USD.

  30. In the denser southern Finland deers (elk?) are kept off the
  31. roads with fences of varying kinds, from chicken wire to
  32. glittering reflectors. It does help somewhat, but not completely.
  33. The best way seems to be adjusting your speed to the visibility.
