  21. Hmm.. kinda sounds like a problem that is similar to mine!  I'd be willing
  22. to bet (but don't take my word on this) that it is your oil pressure sender
  23. that is wearing out!  I've got an 84 300ZX Turbo, that goes through the
  24. sender units about once a year!  With them being in the $45 price range,
  25. that ain't exactly cheap!  However, the last one I put in was an aftermarket
  26. part, and it is just starting to mis-behave on me..  I noticed the other day
  27. that after I started up the car (fully warmed up), the oil pressure didn't
  28. indicate ANYTHING!!  The idiot light came on and just sat there for about
  29. 30 seconds.. then the pressure came up to the regular level (which I might
  30. add for my car is about 20 lbs/sq.in when idling, and not more than 45 on
  31. the freeway (kinda strange!)..  I hope that this helped you..
