- In addition to the Pinto being much smaller than a V-8, the Pinto original
- carb is a Holley/Weber progressive 2-BBL with idle on the primary only;
- the other 2BBL probably has idle on both bores. The idle circuit may not
- be settable low enough to starve out the motor. A replacement 2BBL
- progressive ought to be cheap enough and easy enough to find. The 2300 Pinto
- carb was pretty nice. It makes a good replacement carb for EFI-carb
- conversions on things like Fiat convertibles and other 2-liter range motors.
