  52. Honda doesn't sell to the rental companies because Honda won't give them 
  53. fleet discounts.  Also, I think Honda is limited to the amount of cars they 
  54. are able to bring into the US, and if they can sell all of those to private 
  55. customers, there is no need to give fleet discounts.  However, the Accord is 
  56. made in Ohio, and considered domestic.  I'm not quite sure how that deal 
  57. works.

  59. Honda was also accused of dumping the Civic in 90 or 91, but the accusers 
  60. could not prove it.
