- government says so. No high and mighty morality got handed down from

- Ms. Greis, you're going off completely half-cocked. You can get a
- ticket for 10 over in a 55 zone on a clear day with no one around you for
- miles around and no construction zones. Do you actually expect me to believe
- that 65mph on an empty interstate with clear visibility and no poor old men
- or construction workers is a dangerous speed? I just don't buy it.
