  28. government says so.  No high and mighty morality got handed down from

  59.     Ms. Greis, you're going off completely half-cocked.  You can get a
  60. ticket for 10 over in a 55 zone on a clear day with no one around you for
  61. miles around and no construction zones.  Do you actually expect me to believe
  62. that 65mph on an empty interstate with clear visibility and no poor old men
  63. or construction workers is a dangerous speed?  I just don't buy it.
