  19. I am contemplating getting a power sunroof (moonroof??) when I buy a
  20. new car in the near future.

  22. What concerns me is how well a sunroof will hold up over the years in a
  23. car that won't be garaged.  What kind of preventive care is recommended
  24. (cleaning and conditioning the seal, for example?)  Are wind noise and
  25. leaks inevitable?
