  12. A question for people in the "snow belt": Do snow tires on the non-drivable
  13. wheels do any good ?
  14.   I ask this because I already have snow tires on the rear wheels of my
  15. rear-wheel-drive car (and on the front of my other, front-wheel-drive car)
  16. and I just got an extra pair and wondered whether I should go into the 
  17. trouble of putting them on the other (non-drivable) pair of wheels.
