  16. Since most of your engine gets pretty wet if you drive in the rain 
  17. anyway there is no reason not to.  Do take a few precautions however;
  18. cover your alternator and ignition and NEVER hose off a hot engine.
  19. Let it cool so you don't warp parts and create leaks.
