- is the "fixed" type and yes, it is flexible, but I've been afraid to take
- it through the car wash...it doesn't seem that flexible.

- GM now makes a metallic compound antenna for their "fixed" antenna that
- are very flexible and will endure car washes. Ford is yet to sell these.
