- You don't need Slick-50 or STP or any of the additives. If they were
- needed the oil companies would have incorporated them long ago.

- Mr. Wade's comments are correct. Just change your oil and filter
- every 3000 miles and cool your jets. I've heard others that
- suggest using a synthetic oil such as Mobil 1 changed every 10,000
- miles BUT change the filter every 3000 miles. The filter change is
- an overlooked but VERY important step. It is a very inexpensive
- replacement step to throw away all of the abraided metal and junk
- that get traped. Oil stays cleaner, filter throughput is higher,
- engine lasts longer...
