  12.     Hi netters,

  14.     I'm having a strange problem with my car ( 4-speed 4WD). The gears 
  15.     shift fairly when I start but after driving for sometime, it becomes        very hard to shift gears - especially to first and second. It is particu    larly noticeable after a steady, hi-speed drive. Is this a common proble    -m? What could be the reason. I'm thinking of changing the transmission     oil. Will it help?
