-
- First, I want to commend Chrysler for this warranty practice,
- as it better fits the needs of different people.
-
- My recommendation would be based on whether you do any of your own
- repairs or service. For example, I tend to do small repairs
- myself (adjustments, tuneups, brakes, minor leaks, etc.). It is
- usually less time and trouble for me than taking the car in for a
- repair. For me, therefore, the 7/70 is the best, because I want
- to be protected from the major problems, but will take care of the
- minor stuff myself. I also tend to keep cars longer than 3
- years.
-
- Someone who never does this type of work might opt for the 3/36
- everything warranty. Also, if you frequently trade cars, the 3/36
- might give you all the protection you need.
