  26. Sounds like no accelerator pump function.  It is possible (though not
  27. likely) that the spray you used hardened or shrunk the accelerator pump
  28. seal.

  30. To verify function, remove the air cleaner, hold the choke open with your
  31. finger, and look into the choke area while opening the throttle.  There
  32. should be a spray of liquid fuel down each barrel in the primary side.
  33. Repeat the test looking to see if you can move the throttle from the 
  34. idle position without seeing fuel.  If no fuel or only a dribble, the
  35. accelerator pump is not working.  Likewise, if the throttle cam be moved
  36. from the idle position any at all without a spray, you have problems.  
  37. If the linkage is working, the pump will have to come out and be replaced.
