- Sounds like no accelerator pump function. It is possible (though not
- likely) that the spray you used hardened or shrunk the accelerator pump
- seal.

- To verify function, remove the air cleaner, hold the choke open with your
- finger, and look into the choke area while opening the throttle. There
- should be a spray of liquid fuel down each barrel in the primary side.
- Repeat the test looking to see if you can move the throttle from the
- idle position without seeing fuel. If no fuel or only a dribble, the
- accelerator pump is not working. Likewise, if the throttle cam be moved
- from the idle position any at all without a spray, you have problems.
- If the linkage is working, the pump will have to come out and be replaced.
