  23. You are misinformed. There is no such thing as extreme limitations. And if so,
  24. that would prove my point even more: if Japanese sell 10 times as many cars as do
  25. the American manufacturers even under 'severe import limitations against Japanese', 
  26. imagine what unlimited import would mean to that ratio.
