- Thanx for the advice. I've managed to find a pretty good deal on the
- RX-V850 ($599 retail). I was also looking around at the Phantoms at
- one the local dealers when I saw their so-called "Mini-MkII" speakers.
- They are smaller than the Phantoms and larger than the Titans but slightly
- more expensive. Has anyone else seen or listened to these speakers and
- can comment on them? Since I will be placing them on bookshelves in
- a small room, they seem to be more convenient for my needs, though I
- plan to keep them if/when I move into more spacious quarters.
- I've heard quite a bit about the Phantoms on the net, but not much
- about other speakers in the line.
