- That's a pretty good price for the CS2.2. They were $2290 when
- I auditioned them. For that price I'd give the Apogee Centaurs
- or the Stages a listen to. One thing you have to examine before
- you purchase speakers is your listening habits. Do you sit all
- the time? Read? Work on your computer? Throw parties? I'm constantly
- doing things while I listen to music. I realized when I brought
- home a pair of Centaurs that they weren't real conducive with my
- listening habits. I ended up with the Vandersteen 2CE and have been
- real happy. Another consideration for your neighbor is the PSB
- Stratus Gold for around $2000.
