  19. of this encoding technique by Robert Harley, on pages 7-13.

  24. It is not recordable - we're only talking about a new _encoding_ technique
  25. here; not some totally new disk technology. It simply promises better sound
  26. for the 16bits, 44.1 (?) kHz sampling rate, way beyond Sony's SBM.

  29. technology... Or that someone will bring out HDCD versions of Enya's stuff...
