  19. It's amazing how many LPhiles want to crucify digital on first listen in 1983
  20. or even 1993, when they've progressed from edison wax cylinders to shellac to
  21. vinyl over a 100 year period.

  23. How come vinyl is better than edison wax cylinders?  The way I read it,
  24. audiphiles seem to think every technology advance is a step backwards.  It's
  25. not as good as the good old days.  Can you get Sting's "The Soul Cages" on
  26. edison wax cylinders?  No?  Jeez, you guys must be really upset.
