  15. Some say that MD (or DAT for that matter) requires a additonal "spot" in
  16. your setup.  They argue that DCC doesn't since it replaces the tape deck
  17. you (presumably) already have.  My question is...

  19. WHAT THE HELL IS EVERYONE GOING TO DO WITH THEIR OLD TAPE DECKS???!!!

  21. I know if *I* had a decent analog deck (I don't) I wouldn't throw it out
  22. or stop using it.  And if everyone is supposedly buying DCC at the same
  23. time as I am my quality analog deck would be worth nothing on the used
  24. market.

  26. Let's all pray that MD and DCC fail miserably.  Sony and Phillips need
  27. a wake up call.
