  13. We are considering the purchase of a carpet cleaner (eg, Bissell) which will
  14. supposedly replace the annual rental of the carpet-cleaning machine, with a 
  15. somewhat simple, cheap(?) device usable whenever the dog has an accident.
  16. Do these things really work? Are they worth the effort? Your comments will
  17. be appreciated, especially if you have experience.
