  17. As I was riding my bike last week, I spotted a small assortment of
  18. tires and rims (with tires mounted) that apparently had been dumped.
  19. Most of the rims looked to be 4-lug-hole 13" rims.  They were just
  20. south of Jenkins on that new road just east of the Resers plant on 158th.
  21. (And just north of a "NO DUMPING" sign!)  Go help clean it up.
