  17. In this case of "rampant commercialism on the net", I think you're wrong.
  18. Nobody's advertising "come buy this from me"; they're simply announcing the
  19. availability of a free seminar, sponsored by a group that offers such
  20. seminars regularly.

  22. It would be one thing if IBM was posting this, offering a seminar at IBM,
  23. but it's the University offering the seminar. The University has such
  24. seminars all the time; this one just happens to be about IBM machines.
