  10. Due to the Auckland Electric Power Board this site has been out of action 
  11. for a few hours.

  13. Today (have just got out of hospital) the AEPB turned up unannounced here
  14. in Parnell with three trucks and a digger.  Six men to dig a hole to find 
  15. the feed point for the building site next door to mine.

  17. Well they have cut the phone lines with there digger and I am PO'ed.

  19. Who do I send such a complaint to to get some action on this matter?
