  26. I'm not sure if I understand you, but in fact BMW put a speed-limiter in the
  27. engine control 'computer', which most coincidentally turns any member of
  28. their 750i rage into

  36. BTW what are the minimum tyre thread requirements, and can anyone recommend
  37. a place to buy tyres (Wellington preferentially, as I don't want to drive
  38. to Auckland close to the _legal_ limit)?
