  34.  It does seem to load a little quicker than 2.0 (might be me expecting
  35.  great things) however like you say unless you need the Windows 3.1
  36.  support there is not alot I have found to make you change.

  38.  reXX seems a little quicker as well is this my imagination or is the
  39.  file handling been improved for non hpfs formats (DOS) with rexx?
