  10. As I understand it, after passing a road test, one is given a
  11. temporary license, and within 45 days receives an invitation to come
  12. to get a permanent one.  Is there some way that this interval can be
  13. reduced?  For example, if the new driver has to leave the area as soon
  14. as possible and needs a permanent license?
