  15. I am looking for an IP site where there is a public access for card catalogs such
  16. as Lumina or the Dakota County Library System or the Hill Reference Library.

  18. Are such things available via "gopher" or some other E-Mail archive service?
  19.  
  20. If unable to locate that I would be happy if someone could supply me with information
  21. on dialing into these sites via RS232.
