  11. i believe that erotica is an overused form of art these days.  if you truly
  12. consider yourself a writer of erotica, keep a lid on it for a few years until
  13. this madonna bullshit dies down.  remember that de sade and nin came long
  14. before you, and that every other self-posessed artiste considers themselves
  15. at one point or another a purveyor of 'erotica'.  if you are true, your style
  16. will shine through, but not while there are too many other false diamonds
  17. glittering.
