  14. Hi.  I've read the FAQ, and read all of the posts.  Seems as though
  15. scopes are one of those "religious" items.  Anyhow, this is my
  16. second post requesting somebody sell me their telescope ;>
  17. Here's what I'd like:

  19. -8"+ SCT
  20. -good mount (fork preferred, but Super Polaris is acceptible with
  21.  clock drive and corrector)
  22. -clock drive (corrector and wedge would be nice)
  23. -at least one eyepiece
  24. -decent finder (8X50 or so)
  25. -less than $1000
  26. -less than $1500 with computer, corrector, wedge
  27.  
  28. The reason I want an SCT is because of the transportability factor ; 
  29. I don't want to dread having to pull out my scope.
  30. If somebody wants to sell me their Questar 7" for within my budget,
  31. (we've left reality behind here;), that's cool too.
