- You can also just call them: 1-800-338-0505 (the automated number), or
- 1-800-852-5711 (to talk to a person).

- I needed non-resident forms (I moved out of California last August), and
- called the automated number. It was answered right away, and quickly
- guided me to a forms selection manual. It told me to punch a specified
- number if they did not have my address on file. I did so, and a human
- promptly answered, took my new address and the list of forms I need, and
- said they would be sent out. The whole process took less than five
- minutes -- and note that the numbers are toll-free.
