- Your points are well taken, and I share most of your views. In my
- area, were it not for crusades by concerned, yet joe-average type
- persons, we would have completely lost our greenbelt by now (a large
- ring of wildlife and farms around our city).

- However, it hasn't been just a case of "stop doing anything". Indeed,
- I live in a vibrant community where many concerned groups speak
- intelligently with government, and have a real impact on many
- decisions.
