  24. I do.  From my nieve understanding: your leach lines are buried at a
  25. particular depth depending on your perc.  If you put more material
  26. on top of your leach lines, you'll be changing your perc.  The tank's
  27. actually the best thing to cover, all you really need access to is
  28. "the lid".
