  10. Would someone please give me information (or personal experience)
  11. concerning school systems in Spokane, WA, and Tulsa, OK.  I may have
  12. to relocate to one of these two cities.  I have two children, age
  13. 8 and 10, and their education is my major concern.  They are 
  14. wonderful kids (listen to me brag).  They both play violin, read well
  15. and work hard on some geometry and algebra.  Being talented sometimes
  16. seems to be a handicap.
