- I'm more interested in when kids do later things, milestones or not. When did
- your kids:
- 1. jump
- 2. hop on one foot
- 3. draw recognizably representative pictures.
- 4. ride a tricycle well
- 5. ride a bicycle, no training wheels
- 6. learn to ski, downhill or cross-country
- Does anyone have a source for when the average child does these things? Other
- than #1, 2, and 4 (ages 2-2 1/2, 3 1/2, 3 1/2) I have no clue. For the last
- two, when is appropriate to even think about trying?
-
- I DO have detailed information on both averages and absolute ages (as in, if
- your kid can't do this by X, check it out) for all language skills, up through
- age 6 or 7; email specific requests, if you're interested (the data are
- enormous).
-
- Email responses, I'll summarize.
