  24. I used one of those full body pillows that I got at my local Filenes (a
  25. major Boston department store) for about 49$.  I would check with the
  26. linens department of your local department store, and they all seem to
  27. carry them here.  If not, the Right Start catalog had them for a while.
  28. You might call them and see if they still do.

  30. Personally, I didn't like the pillow that much later in my pregnancy.  In
  31. the second trimester I thought it was great, but in the last trimester
  32. I was just so huge, and I needed a variety of pillows of different
  33. sizes and thicknesses to prop up the various body parts.  Mostly I
  34. found that a few cheap foam pillows from Marshalls stuck between my
  35. legs and under my belly did the trick.  But then again, who slept
  36. much during the last trimester.  Most of my nights were spent walking
  37. to and from the bathroom :-).
