  22. I recall reading an article sometime (roughly 6 months) back about
  23. Sequoia being in trouble with the SEC. I don't remember all the details
  24. but I'll let you know if I can find the article.

  26. More recently, I heard rumors that Sequoia's share-holders are
  27. suing the company for misreporting earnings. These are probably share
  28. holders that purchased the shares based on the incorrect earnings that
  29. were reported.
