  15. The real problems are located in Washington DC - those people with their
  16. hands on the purse strings who can't balance their checkbooks (much less
  17. our government's budget)!

  19. If the Congress could learn to say NO and we went to zero-based budgeting
  20. and the President had a line-item veto, and we eliminated double taxation
  21. of dividends and we eliminated taxation of inflation-generated capital
  22. gains, THEN THIS COUNTRY WOULD GROW LIKE GANGBUSTERS.

  24. The deficit is not a problem unless the rest of the world calls in our
  25. loans.
