  17.    OHIO RELAY SERVICE TO DEDICATE CLEVELAND CENTER

  19. On Sunday, January 31 the Ohio Relay Service will hold a
  20. dedication ceremony and open house for its new operations
  21. center on Cleveland's west side.
  22.  
  23. The Ohio Relay Service enables communication between Ohioans
  24. who are Deaf, hard-of-hearing and/or speech-impaired who type
  25. messages over the telephone network and people who
  26. communicate using conventional speech and hearing.
  27.  
  28. The facility is operated statewide by Ohio Bell, a subsidiary
  29. of Chicago-based Ameritech.
