- OHIO RELAY SERVICE TO DEDICATE CLEVELAND CENTER

- On Sunday, January 31 the Ohio Relay Service will hold a
- dedication ceremony and open house for its new operations
- center on Cleveland's west side.

- The Ohio Relay Service enables communication between Ohioans
- who are Deaf, hard-of-hearing and/or speech-impaired who type
- messages over the telephone network and people who
- communicate using conventional speech and hearing.

- The facility is operated statewide by Ohio Bell, a subsidiary
- of Chicago-based Ameritech.
